The Difference

Most "wellness" experiences
feel beautiful but shallow,
or deep but chaotic.

GemStay is structured, spacious, and deliberately quiet.

8 guests max (privacy + pacing)

Chef-led nourishment (handled)

Included 1:1 Embody Balance session (tension release + mobility reset)

A repeatable method (GEM Reset™: Ground · Embody · Momentum)

30-day integration (so it doesn't fade when you return)

The Team

The Founders

Anna Reale

Co-Founder / Guest Experience, Vendors, Operations + Enrollment

Anna has spent twenty years in luxury hospitality working with people making big decisions about their time — a career built on listening for what someone actually needs and handling every detail before she's asked. At GemStay she leads the guest experience end to end: from your first conversation to the day-30 follow-up, she is the reason nothing is asked of you.

Mayzy

Co-Founder, Embody Lead

Mayzy grew up on Kaua'i and has spent her life in bodywork — trained in massage at seventeen, certified in Structural Integration by the Guild for Structural Integration, with advanced training completed in 2024 and a 500-hour yoga certification. As GemStay's co-founder and Embody Lead, she guides the physical side of the reset: posture, mobility, and the daily movement practice…and leads the ongoing development of the GEM Reset™ method.

Louis Reale

Co-Founder / Experience, Marketing + Development

Curates the estate experience, vendors, and the "quiet luxury" standard. Leads GemStay's marketing and business development so the right guests discover, apply, and book seamlessly from first touch to departure.

How We Host

"No forced vulnerability. No performance. Nothing to manage. You never explain why you want space. We invite — you decide."
