No. GemStay is a curated 7-night reset, not a retreat. There are no group motivational sessions, vision boards, or jam-packed itineraries. Just a carefully held rhythm designed around rest, embodiment, and deep nourishment.
Because the reset needs time to land. In the first 48 hours, most high-capacity women are still unwinding from their daily pacing. By midweek, the body begins to settle into the rhythm. The final days are where the shift integrates so you don't go home and snap back to the old rhythm. Seven nights is the shortest version that feels complete.
Mornings start with breathwork and optional cold immersion. The middle of the day is yours: Embody Balance sessions, guided reflection, movement, or unstructured rest. Evenings center on communal dining and gentle integration. There is a full Daily Rhythm on our Reset page.
GEM stands for Ground, Embody, Momentum. A three-phase method designed to support rest and reflection so the shift lasts beyond the week.
A 1:1 hands-on session focused on posture, mobility, and deep tension release so you feel lighter, move easier, and breathe deeper. Led by Mayzy, co-founder of Embody Balance. One session is included for every guest; VIP guests receive three.
Yes. We don't confiscate your phone. But we do encourage a digital sunset (screens off by 9 PM) and create a rhythm that makes stepping away feel natural. Many guests find they check their phone far less by day three.
No. GemStay is alcohol-free by design — and nobody will ask why. Espresso runs until noon; the herbal cart takes over after.
No. GemStay is a hospitality and educational experience. If you are seeking clinical care, this is not a substitute.
We currently offer Sandpoint, Idaho (Alpine Silence) as our upcoming edition. Kauai, Hawaii (Oceanic Release) is a future state edition currently in development. Both are held at curated private estates. Details for each are on our Editions page.
Fly into the nearest airport. Airport transfers and all planned ground transportation during the week are included. Our concierge team will send full travel guidance once your spot is confirmed.
Comfortable clothing, layers, swimwear (location dependent), walking shoes, and anything that helps you feel at ease. A detailed packing guide is sent with your confirmation.
Yes. All meals are prepared by a private chef. Nutrient-dense, dietary-attuned, and designed for stable energy. Dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated.
No. Everything is scalable. This is not a performance-based week.
Yes. Many guests come solo. The cohort is curated to feel safe, calm, and easy to enter.
Only with consent. Participation is optional, and privacy is a core standard.
Yes. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip interruption/cancellation.
Pricing for Retreat No. 1 will be announced soon. A deposit secures your spot upon acceptance.
We curate each cohort of 8 to protect psychological safety, genuine connection, and the conditions for real restoration. This isn't exclusivity for its own sake. It's how the reset works.
Applications for Retreat No. 1 are not yet open. Once they open, applications will be reviewed within 24 hours. If there is a fit, we'll reach out to schedule a brief call. If approved, you'll receive booking details and a deposit link.
The deposit is non-refundable. You may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort within 12 months with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability. Full details are in Policies.
Yes. If you would both like to attend, each person must submit a separate application. We can't guarantee placement in the same cohort, but we'll do our best to accommodate.
You leave with a simple 30-day follow-through plan designed to anchor the reset into your daily rhythm. You also receive a monthly GemCircle alumni call for continued support.
Yes. Many guests return for a different edition or season. Alumni receive priority booking and early access to new dates.
